Jessi Pettigrew, LCSW

Jessi Pettigrew, LCSW Jessi Pettigrew, LCSW, is an Affiliate Therapist with Cognitive Behavior Therapy Associates of Denver. Jessi is an expert in insomnia and sleep disorders and has extensive training and experience with Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and other for sleep disorders. In addition, Jessi enjoys working with individuals with anxiety disorders, mood disorders and trauma and brain injury sequela in both inpatient and outpatient settings using evidence-based interventions.

Jessi earned her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2011. She is currently working towards her PhD in Social Work at Colorado State University. Her research focuses on sleep equity and sleep as a mechanism for improved quality of life. Jessi brings years of clinical experience to her current studies and hopes to use her clinical experience to inform future research and teaching in the field of social work. In 2022 she was awarded the prestigious Distinction in Graduate Research Award at Colorado State University for her research contributions.
