Skills for Coping With Anxiety and Depression

An 8-week workshop focusing on skills to manage negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors. We will explore strategies helpful for moving towards a healthy and productive life.  This program is suitable for adult men and women who are currently experiencing difficulty (or have previously experienced difficulty) with depression, stress, and anxiety.

The Matrix

Spend an afternoon exploring your values.  Specifically, what is important to you and how to achieve your goals.  We will integrate concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other Cognitive and Behavior Therapies in an interactive group format.
